Well we used to have a Safeways here, which got taken over by Morrisons, but they were crap and shut down after a while. The triangle in CP really suffered without a Supermarket. (I’m not kidding – People went hungry). Then Sainsburys opened and there was singing in the streets, well, humming actually and that may have only been me.
No, I can’t cook, not very well anyway, or that’s what my Girlfriend says. hmmm!
Welcome to economy custard, an everyday look at the ordinary since 2006.
economy custard is the ongoing sightings by Simon Sharville, a freelance graphic designer sitting in South London and drinking too much tea.

Oooh, you shop in Sainsburys. I have just moved up a social notch from ASDA to Tesco but am still lagging behind.
Have you ever made meatballs by following Jamie Oliver’s recipe? They are truly scrumptious.
